Delivery Information

  • Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, and the delivery address.

  • We will try our best to deliver the products to your address on time.

  • If we are unable to meet our estimated delivery/collection date, we will contact you as soon as possible with a revised estimated date and inform you when the order is ready for delivery.

  • If you have selected delivery to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • Products will only be left with a third party (such as a building caretaker or maid) with your express authority.

  • All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage) shall pass to you once they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Delays

  • Occasionally, the supply of your products may be delayed or prevented.

  • We will make every effort to keep you informed but shall not be liable for such delays or failures.

Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • If you paid by credit or debit card and cancelled within this timeframe, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund as soon as possible.

  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following:

  • All food items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty).

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods:

  • Claims must be made on the same day of delivery.

  • We may offer a substitute, replacement, or full refund including delivery charges.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with a copy of the invoice.

Shipping Timeframe

Standard Delivery:

  • Dubai, Al Ain:

    • Orders placed before 9 AM GST → Delivered within 2 days.

    • Orders placed after 9 AM GST → Delivered within 3 days.

  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah: Within 3 days.

  • Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Remote Areas (Madina Sayet, Al Ruwais): Within 2–3 days.

Standard Delivery Fee:

  • Free delivery for orders above AED 200 in Dubai & Al Ain.

  • AED 30 delivery charge for other orders.
